Whiten Your Teeth With Different MethodsYou have seen them on the TV, you have seen them in the magazaines and the movies. These are the people with the unbelievabley white teeth. How can they have teeth so white you might propose to yourself. It can’t be becasue they are cleaning their teeth 3 times a day, 15 minutes a time. I think that would send anyone barmy. No, they have had professional teeth whitening or have used a product or service that whitens your teeth and makes them pearly white. But what can we do as the average person? What options are available. Options that will suit everyone’s budget. There have only been a few ways to whiten your teeth until now. You could have a dentist do an in-office procedure or send you home with prescription teeth whitening kit, or you could purchase one of the many over-the-counter teeth whitening kits like Rembrandt or Crest Whitestrips. Now there is a third teeth whitening method: Teeth Whiten Tips, which uses premeasured amounts of whitening solution inside hollow swabs. We’ll look at the three methods individually.Dentist Office Teeth Whitening ProductsIf you’re impatient or have teeth seriously stained from cigarettes or coffee, having your teeth bleached in a dentist’s office is the quickest way to whiten. A dentist has access to the most powerful tooth whitening tools, and he or she can get your teeth four to six shades lighter in about one hour. Hydrogen Peroxiede is used in a specific solution. Another procedure using a wave length light or laser shine might be used before your rinse. This process may need to be repeated. The two main drawbacks to in-office whitening by a dentist are the chance of temporarily increased tooth sensitivity, and the cost. If your dentist sends you home with a tray bleaching kit, it will probably cost between $50 and $100. If your whitening is all done in the office, it could run $600 to even $1,000, particularly if the dentist uses a laser whitening procedure.Over the Counter Bleaching KitsThese kits that you purchase at a drug store or discount store will cost $20 to $40. These contain milder forms of the peroxide gel that dentists use to whiten teeth. The gel will either come with a tray that you fill and then fit over your teeth, or on thin, clear strips made of plastic. The results you achieve may not be as dramatic, but these teeth whitening products are sufficient for someone who has midly stained teeth.Teeth Whiten Tips for Teeth Whitening ProductsThere is a teeth whitening system that works differently from dentist office whitening and over-the-counter whitening systems. With Teeth Whiten Tips, you get a six-day supply of applicator swabs filled with a solution of glycerin, pepperiment flavoring, water, methylparaben and propylparaben. To use them, you break the seal off the end of the swab, which dispense the solution, then dip the tip of the swab into the little jar of powder that comes with it.The active ingredients of magnesium peroxide combine with the liquid in the kit. This releases the active ingredient, oxygen which lifts the stains off of the teeth. There is also anothe ingredient that acts as a teeth polisher and shines the teeth. One swab will be sufficient for your upper teeth, and one for your lower teeth. You throw the swabs away when you are done. It is a very easy process. For more information on teeth whitening products, tips and tricks, head over to www.bestteethwhiteningproduct.net

Many people look for the best teeth whitening solutions across the Internet everyday. Some consider laser teeth whitening as the only viable solution. However, the research conducted by the teeth whitening institute shows that there are several other (and better) choices.Professional teeth whitening can not only be done by yourself, but in many cases, is easier than what most people expect. Of course, some may be forced to take the home whitening solution considering the the teeth whitening cost. With professional prices on the increase, the institute has presented several solutions which do not involve teeth bleaching or using teeth whitening strips.Several options currently on the market involve ‘painting the teeth’, bleaching them or applying a gel over them.Tooth Painting is a fairly new form of whitening teeth. Although it’s easy and quick, the downside is that it doesn’t last long. Furthermore, you need to apply it from the night before. You can get them as brushes or as a type of pen. If you don’t have time for a more permanent solution, then within hours, this whitening method will work for you within hours. It’s only good as a temporary measure. Whichever one you opt for, it has its own set of advantages.Overall, the institute’s study has selected 2 products above all the others and these solutions have proved effective over many other teeth whitening techniques.During tests of these products, they performed extremely well and can be recommended to the general public as superior solutions to whiten teeth from dirty and stained teeth. They increase the whiteness of the teeth in shades which extend quite far.

Every one wants a whiter brighter smile. Due to age, smoking or caffeine, teeth can end up stained and yellow looking. Putting up with discolored teeth is a thing of the past and so is hiding your smile. With so many different options available, it is possible to find teeth whitening systems to suit anyone and any budget.
Before trying any teeth whitening options, it is advisable to seek the opinion of an oral health care professional who can advise you on which teeth whitening products are the best option for you and your teeth. Below are some of the many options that are available so that you can compare teeth whitening systems.
Laser Bleaching
There are a few popular laser-bleaching methods available. Feed back from other users is quite positive. Laser bleaching is a recommended procedure by oral heath professionals as well as many users.
Zoom
Zoom is a laser whitening gel with a special light that penetrates the teeth, breaking up stains and teeth discoloration, treatments take around 1 hour. The results of this treatment are immediate. This type of teeth whitening system is approved by many oral health care professionals and is done under their supervision. Zoom is very safe with very few complications or side effects and relatively painless. Whiteness will vary among different people depending on the structure and condition of teeth before the procedure.
Brite Smile
Brite smile is another laser bleaching system that uses the same type of products as Zoom. A whitening gel is applied to the teeth then a blue laser light is applied under direct supervision of an oral health care professional. This procedure is very safe with very few complications or side effects. Treatment will take about an hour and results can be seen immediately.
Bleaching
Bleaching is a popular method of teeth whitening using peroxide as the whitener. This is a popular and effective method that can be used in the comfort of your own home.
Night Guard Bleaching
Night Guard is a bleaching system that can be done at home. A whitening solution, usually peroxide, is placed in a tray that resembles a mouth guard. This tray is custom fitted for each person to avoid discomfort while the tray is in use. This custom fitting is usually performed by an oral health professional. Solutions vary in strength and the amount of time the night guard is worn varies, too, depending on the teeth whitening procedure that you choose. An application may take between 1 hour or over night. An oral health care professional will discuss the best procedure for you based on tooth discoloration and personal needs.
Arctic White System
Arctic white is another popular at home teeth whitening procedure. There are several steps to this tooth whitening system.
* The first step is to give teeth a really good cleaning to remove tartar with specially formulated toothpaste that is included.
* Then a thermoplastic tray that has been customized for each individual is used.
* A tooth conditioner is rinsed through the mouth to open the pores in the teeth.
* Whitening solution is then placed in the plastic tray. Whitening generally takes 9 minutes. A 6% solution of peroxide is the main ingredient used in the teeth whitening stage.
* A strengthening solution is then used to close the pores in the teeth and strengthen them.
White Strips
White strips are a very convenient way to whiten teeth. Pieces of flexible plastic made of polyethylene are coated on one side with hydrogen peroxide. Half of the white strips are made for the top of the teeth and the other half for the bottom. Treatment takes
approximately 30 min per day for 7-14 days. This system is very convenient and can be used at any time of the day or night.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Cosmetic dentistry is one of the most effective methods of teeth whitening. It is also one of the most expensive. These procedures can only be performed by a qualified oral health care professional.
Bonding
Bonding is the use of a resin molded into the teeth to change the color and shape of the existing tooth. This is quite an expensive procedure and it is possible that over time, the bonding may chip or crack. This procedure takes one visit for results and is only available from a qualified oral health care professional.
Porcelain Veneers
Porcelain veneers are a shell like coating that covers and bonds to stained teeth. Porcelain veneers are also used to reshape teeth as well as whiten them. Treatment usually requires 2 visits to an oral health care professional. This procedure is very effective but is the most expensive teeth whitening option.
Tooth Whitening Pastes
There are many whitening toothpastes available on the market some better than others. As a rule of thumb, whitening toothpastes are better than regular toothpastes for getting your teeth cleaner. This makes the teeth look whiter in the process. Be aware that some whitening toothpastes are abrasive and should be avoided. When choosing a whitening toothpaste, read the ingredients or speak to an oral health care professional for recommendations on what type of whitening toothpaste would suit you.
There are many teeth whitening options available. Some are better than others, some cheaper than others. When choosing a tooth whitening product or option be sure to speak to your oral health care professional about the associated risks and benefits. The best type of teeth whitening system depends a lot on your budget as well as your teeth. Since teeth are very personal and everyone has his or her own unique set of teeth, it is hard to recommend one particular method as different systems work better with some people than others.

Whether or not it is to raise self-worth, make you look more fascinateing to others or to keep in front of other people, tooth whitening treatments are certainly all the craze in this day and age. Many famous people have gleaming white teeth, many other stars have them and so do just about all TV personalities ( reports, sportscasters, talk show hosts and so on ). Don’t all of these people stain their teeth? Probably, but they also seek pro dental help to revive their white teeth to their natural shine. These celebrites don’t depend on the over the counter cures we all see on television and in the greengrocer. They get theirs done correctly by a professional. We too all need shiny white teeth but many of us don’t feel just like worrying with the technique, are deterred by the pricetag or don’t get the simplest way to go about realizing the most sufficient results. There is no doubt about it. Graying or yellowing teeth are the results of damage to the pigmentation of your teeth. With the proper procedure, you can revive your teeth to their natural colour but you’ve got to first choose the strategy that is best for you. OTC approaches will possibly lighten your teeth by three to five shades while professional treatments will improve pigmentation by ten shades or more. This could glaringly add more money to your treatment. Putting the high pricing aside, the largest advantage to professional treatments is the length of time they last. With the laser treatment, you will see top results as fast as the process is finished, and with special trays you can wear at home, your dentist will also deliver you professional-grade whitening gel to keep your teeth white for a long time. Tre White by Opalescence, is a pro lightening kit that has pre filled dispensable trays worn for between 30 minutes to an hour once a day. You can get results in five to ten days. While tooth whitening treatments might or might not be something you are considering now, some things are for certain when you do decide to make the leap : you can feel more warranted you can look more fascinateing folks will not be turned off by your graying / yellowing smile any longer The approach is a lot less pricey and less intrusive than other cosmetic surgeries like liposuction, face lifts and stomach tucks there is no agony worried It is completely safe The perfect thing for you to do if you are considering brightening your teeth is to speak with your dentist who will share with you the best treatments for you.If you do make the choice to try tooth whitening treatments, we’d actually like it if you would do your research when picking which method to go for.

There are a number of different ways to whiten teeth. There are two main choices. One is professional bleaching which requires visiting a dentist and the second is over the counter whitening i.e. buying it from a retail store or through the internet.
Different ways to bleach teeth:
Chair-side bleaching can be done in two ways. The dentist uses a very strong bleaching agent alone or in combination with a light/laser. With both, the dentist cleans your teeth with a sandy, pumice-like material to remove plaque and cleans the surface of the tooth. Then a peroxide-based gel is applied after which a light may be applied to assist the whitening process. Most gels are self-activating and others are activated and by the use of a light. The laser does NOT whiten teeth. It merely activates the bleaching gel and initiates the chemical reaction that produces the whitening effect (the laser doesn’t actually penetrate the teeth). The procedure takes about an hour and a half and offers immediate results, although in most instances it may take more than one session to achieve the desired level of bleaching. Research has shown that the contribution of the light itself to the bleaching process is minimal and is more of a marketing hook.
The most publicized chair side whitening procedures:
Other less well known, dentist supervised chair side bleaching systems include:
The at-home bleaching tray methods require a fitted mouth tray ( bleaching tray ) to hold the bleaching gel against the tooth either overnight or hourly depending on the strength of the bleach dispensed. In the past, this bleaching tray was fabricated only by a dentist. Today, these custom trays can also be ordered via the internet. You take the mold of your teeth and mail the molds to a dental lab who fabricates the trays and mails them back to you. The turn-around time is approx. 2-3 weeks. Alternatively, the boil n bite trays bypass having to wait for them to be mailed but are more bulky and don’t fit as well. You mold the trays against your teeth yourself after placing the thermoform trays in boiling water for a few minutes to soften it. Dentist.net recommends you visit your dentist before whitening to make sure that you don’t have any cavities or any other limitations that would compromise your tooth whitening results.
There are also tray-less over-the-counter options available for tooth whitening. Some are the Crest Tooth Whitening Strips , Colgate Simply White , Britesmile Whitening Pen , Supersmile Whitening Accelerator Systems, etc. Crest whitening strips maybe a better option for those who don’t want to wear a tray. These strips are more difficult to keep in place especially on the lower teeth while the paint on whitening needs be kept dryish to adhere and prevent wash-out.
No matter which method you choose, how white your teeth will get depends on what color they are to begin with and the source of the discoloration. Brown or yellow teeth (often the result of superficial staining caused by smoking, coffee, and tea) will usually get whiter. Gray teeth (caused not by stains but by pigment deep inside the tooth) will lighten less, sometimes not at all. Results cannot be guaranteed. To determine the initial color of your teeth, compare them to a sheet of bright white computer paper held up to your mouth.
Chairside bleaching is the fastest but also the most expensive, anywhere from $300 – $600 per session and usually requires more than one session for maximum results. Take-home bleaching kits average around $100 – $300 from the dentist, less costly online and can be used with your own schedule. Over-the-counter options, as you might expect, are the least expensive, but are thought by dentists to be less effective. Research has shown white strips to be as effective. The most common side effect of any of these procedures is sensitivity to hot and cold, but that lasts only while you are using the bleach and tends to persist for 1-2 days afterwards.
If there’s little chance that you’ll remember to pop in a mouth tray every night, or if you are impatient to see results, chair side bleaching may be a better option for you. This method also allows the dentist to treat teeth individually, which is ideal if you have veneers or teeth that vary in shade.
